Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules 333m

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the platform 333m (accessible at 333m.biz) and every user who creates an account, makes deposits, places bets, or uses any feature available on the platform.

By completing the registration process and clicking "Confirm" or "Create Account", you expressly declare that:

• Is 18 years of age or older;
• Is a resident of Brazil and has full legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• Has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;

The 333m accepts the following payment methods, all processed exclusively in BRL (R$):

In the event of event cancellation or postponement:

• Single bets on canceled events are fully refunded to the user's account;
• In accumulator bets, the cancelled event is treated with odds of 1.00 and the accumulator remains valid with the remaining events;
• Postponed events restarted within 48 hours remain valid unless the event organizer announces otherwise.

The Cash Out allows users to settle a bet before the event ends, receiving an amount calculated based on the current odds. The Cash Out value may be lower, equal to, or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds. The 333m may temporarily suspend Cash Out during periods of high volatility or technical issues, and this does not constitute a contractual breach.

Live bets are subject to minimal odds update delays due to broadcast latency. The 333m is not responsible for bets placed based on information obtained before odds were updated on the platform.

The 333m offers casino games in software format, Live Casino, and crash games. All software-based games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by an independent laboratory, ensuring fully random and tamper-proof results.

Live tables are streamed with real dealers in real time. Dealers conduct games in Portuguese, and sessions are recorded for auditing purposes. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live game, the bet is fully refunded.
